Big Tine Radish

Big Tine radishes provide an excellent food source for deer from early fall through late winter.  Radish can grow in a wide variety of soil types and pH levels.  The extra long tap root is great as a late season food source, breaking up compacted soils, and scavenging nutrients.  Can be planted alone, with cereal grains, legumes such as clover, and various other brassica like turnips.
